As Citycom UK is an established telecommunications business, it was important that we fully understood the business, its services and its objectives before beginning the project. Discussions were held to gain a clear understanding of their requirements and the needs of their customers.
Following the initial discussions, a clear brief was created outlining the key goals and objectives for the project. This was followed by the development of the initial web design concept, with the design refined through several stages of feedback and iterations to ensure it accurately represented the Citycom UK brand and services.
The website was then developed on WordPress CMS, with a strong focus on user experience, clear service information and generating enquiries. Alongside the website development, SEO Optimisation was implemented to improve search visibility and attract relevant traffic.
